Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser during your next visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, accept cookies for certain cases or generally exclude them and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. When ordering, we collect and use your personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill and process your order and process your inquiries. The provision of the data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. Failure to do so means that no contract can be concluded. Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO and is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract with you. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. The only exceptions to this are our service partners, who we need to process the contractual relationship or service providers we use in the context of order processing. In addition to the recipients named in the respective clauses of this data protection declaration, these are, for example, recipients of the following categories: Shipping service providers, payment service providers, merchandise management service providers, service providers for order processing, web hosts, IT service providers and drop shipping dealers. In all cases we strictly observe the legal requirements. The scope of data transmission is limited to a minimum.

Inquiry by e-mail, telephone or fax

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your request including all personal data (name, request) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. A DSGVO) and/or on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO), as we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of enquiries addressed to us.

The data you send us via contact requests will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected.

Forwarding the e-mail address to shipping companies for information on the shipping status

We will pass on your e-mail address to the transport company as part of the contract processing... The forwarding serves the purpose of informing you by e-mail about the dispatch status. You may revoke your consent at any time by notifying us without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent until revocation.

Duration of storage

After complete processing of the contract, the data will initially be stored for the duration of the warranty period, then under consideration of statutory, in particular tax and commercial retention periods and then deleted after expiry of the period if you have not agreed to further processing and use.

Rights of the person concerned

If the legal requirements are met, you are entitled to the following rights pursuant to Art. 15 to 20 DSGVO: right to information, to correction, to deletion, to restriction of processing, to data transferability.

Furthermore, Art. 21 (1) DSGVO entitles you to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO and to processing for the purpose of direct advertising.

Use of Google Analytics

On our website we use the web analysis service Google Analytics of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). Data processing serves the purpose of analysing this website and its visitors. Google will use the information obtained on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity and provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.

Google Analytics uses cookies, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. IP anonymisation is activated on this website. As a result, your IP address will be shortened by Google in advance within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Your data may be transferred to the USA. The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for data transfers to the USA. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO out of a legitimate interest in the need-based and targeted design of the website. For reasons arising from your particular situation, you have the right at any time to object to this processing of your personal data based on Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO.

The Tag Manager simply triggers other tags that may themselves collect data. For details of these third parties, please refer to this privacy statement. However, Google Tag Manager does not use this information. If you have set cookies to be disabled or otherwise enabled cookies, this will be applied to all tracking tags used with Google Tag Manager, so the tool will not change your cookie settings.

Google may ask your permission to share some product information (such as your account information) with other Google products in order to enable certain features, such as making it easier to add new conversion tracking tags for AdWords. On our pages we use Google AdWords and conversion tracking. This is a service provided by Google LLC, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as "Google".

By the certification after the EU-US data protection shield ("EU-US Privacy Shield")

https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active

Google guarantees that the data protection requirements of the EU will also be complied with when processing data in the USA.

We use conversion tracking for targeted advertising of our services. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. F) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our website.

If you click on an advertisement placed by Google, the conversion tracking we use saves a cookie on your terminal device. These so-called conversion cookies lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve your personal identification.

If the cookie is still valid and you visit a certain page of our website, both we and Google can evaluate that you have clicked on one of our ads placed with Google and that you have subsequently been forwarded to our website.

Google uses the information collected in this way to compile statistics about your visit to our website. It also provides us with information about the number of users who clicked on our ad(s) and the pages of our website that were subsequently accessed. However, neither we nor third parties who also use Google AdWords are able to identify you in this way.

You can also prevent or restrict the installation of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your Internet browser. At the same time, you can delete cookies that have already been saved at any time. However, the steps and measures required for this depend on the type of Internet browser you are using. If you have any questions, please use the help function or documentation of your Internet browser or contact its manufacturer or support.

Google Remarketing or "Similar Target Groups" Component from Google

In our internet presence we use the remarketing or "similar target group" function. This is a service provided by Google LLC, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as "Google".

Through the certification according to the EU-US Privacy Shield

https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active

Google guarantees that the data protection requirements of the EU will also be complied with when processing data in the USA.

We use this feature to serve interest-based, personalized advertisements on third-party websites that also participate in Google's advertising network.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. F) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our website.

To enable this advertising service, Google stores a cookie with a sequence of numbers on your terminal device while you visit our website via your Internet browser. This cookie records both your visit and the use of our website in anonymous form. However, personal data is not passed on. If you subsequently visit the website of a third party who also uses Google's advertising network, it is possible that advertisements will appear that relate to our website or our offers there.

In order to permanently deactivate this function, Google offers for the most common Internet browsers via

https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin

a browser plugin.

The use of cookies from certain providers, e.g. via the

http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices

Google provides more information about Google Remarketing at

https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000KzNaAAK&status=Active

Microsoft guarantees that EU data protection requirements will also be met when data is processed in the USA.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our website.

If you click on an advertisement placed by us on the Internet search engine "Bing", Microsoft will store a cookie on your terminal device for tracking functionality via your Internet browser. This tracking cookie loses its validity after 180 days and does not serve your personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, both Microsoft and we can recognize that you have clicked on an advertisement placed by us at Bing and have been forwarded from there to our website.

Microsoft uses the information collected by the tracking cookie to compile visit statistics for us. We receive information about the number of visits to the advertisements we have placed with Bing and about the Internet pages of our website that were subsequently accessed. However, we do not receive any information from which we could personally identify you.

In addition, Microsoft may be able to track your user behavior through cross-device tracking across multiple devices. This enables Microsoft to show you personalized advertising across all devices.

If you have a Microsoft account, you can also change the settings for personalized advertising there at https://account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings/signedout?ru=https:%2F%2Faccount.microsoft.com%2Fprivacy%2Fad-settings

Legal basis for this processing is also § 26 Abs. 1 S. 1 BDSG i.V.m. Art. 88 para. 1 DSGVO.

If you expressly consent to the longer storage of your data, e.g. for your inclusion in an applicant or interested party database, the data will be further processed on the basis of your consent.
